1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by Panthers Agency ("Panthers," "we," "us," or "our") via panthers.agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.
2. Services & Scope
Panthers provides strategic digital design, website development, brand identity, and user experience optimization services. Specific project scope, timelines, deliverables, and revision cycles are established under individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Panthers and the Client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom design assets, source code, graphics, and digital materials created specifically for the Client shall become the property of the Client upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices. Panthers retains the right to display completed project assets and design mockups in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing channels.
4. Payment & Billing Terms
Invoices are issued in accordance with agreed milestone schedules in the SOW. Standard payment terms require a non-refundable commencement deposit prior to initiating design work. Final deliverable files and site launches are released upon receipt of full payment.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, required brand assets, copy, and access credentials necessary for project execution. Delays in asset provision or review feedback exceeding 14 business days may cause project rescheduling.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Panthers Agency, its partners, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of project delays, third-party server downtime, or platform outages beyond our direct control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
